What services does Rayzina offer?
Rayzina's core services are On-Demand Experts (fractional IT on your team) and Protect Endpoints (managed Microsoft 365 and endpoint protection). We also offer Secure Wipe for device lifecycle and Aero Design Lab, a Rayzina studio, for design and marketing work.
How does your pricing work?
Protect Endpoints plans start at $150 per user per month. On-Demand Experts are $250 per hour with a 1-hour minimum, month-to-month. Embedded Partner starts at $2,250 per month, including 10 expert hours, on a 12-month standard agreement. Secure Wipe is $60 per laptop.
Do you require long-term contracts?
Protect Endpoints and On-Demand hours are month-to-month with no long-term commitment — you can change or cancel those plans at any time. Embedded Partner is our 12-month standard agreement; if that feels like a leap, we can write a shorter first term into your agreement at the same rate.
What technologies do you support?
We support a wide range of technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Entra, Power Automate, Power BI, Endpoint Manager, and many more.
How quickly can you respond to IT issues?
Our response times vary depending on the severity of the issue and your chosen plan. We strive to provide prompt support for all our clients, with priority response for critical issues.
